Q: What are the standard shipping times?

Your unit will leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. A tracking number will be emailed to you once it is shipped.

Q: What are the standard transit times?

Once your item has been shipped, you should receive it within 10-14 business days. Some restrictions apply.

Q: How are SOLE products delivered?

All SOLE orders are delivered with Curbside Delivery

  • Curbside Delivery (FREE)
    The shipper will get the truck as close to your home as safely possible and take it off the truck there. This may be at the end of your driveway, or in an apartment/condo parking lot near the entrance door. An appointment will be made to ensure you are available.
Q: Can I make an appointment?

Yes! When the unit arrives at the terminal in your area they will call to set up an appointment.

Q: What upgraded delivery options are available?

SOLE offers an assembly option on top of our curbside delivery through our trusted partner, The Assembly Authority

  • Room of Choice and Assembly (+$299)
    The unit will first be delivered with the required curbside delivery. The Assembly Authority (same link?) will be in close contact with you to arrange an appointment to move the unit to a room of choice and assemble it there. On average, this is completed 3-5 business days after receiving your product.
Q: Can I assemble the unit myself?

Yes, all SOLE products come with detailed assembly instructions and the tools needed for assembly. Assembly videos, owner's manuals and other resources for most SOLE products can be found Here

Conditions and Restrictions
  • Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii requires a freight quote. Please email Customer Service with your full address for more information.
  • Rural areas or homes that are not easily accessible by freight may have longer delivery time frames and/or additional cost.
  • The FREE curbside shipping fee is non refundable once an appointment has been made.
  • An address change after tracking has been received may incur a reconsignment fee.
  • Our shipper will contact you by phone and email to make an appointment for delivery. If we are unable to reach you, a final notice will be sent via email. Failure to respond will result in the order being canceled and refunded less the non refundable shipping fee and a reconsignment fee.
  • If a shipment is refused without notifying SOLE directly, a reconsignment fee and applicable storage fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Rural areas or homes that are not easily accessible by freight may have longer delivery time frames and/or additional cost.
