| | | | | 1. Do you have any jobs available? We always have jobs available. We constantly have new parents in need of childcare providers.
2. Do I need to have any education? No, but for a full time or part time nanny position you must have verifiable experience.
3. Are you an agency? CCC is a full service childcare referral network assisting parents in their search for quality childcare. There is no cost to you and we do not negotiate what you get paid and how they pay you.
4. How much should I charge? It depends on your experience, amount of hours, amount and ages of children, other responsibilities involved (i.e. driving kids, housekeeping, laundry, cooking, etc.)
5. How can I get started in your network? Contact us to receive an application or download one from our website. A representative will have to come out and interview you at your location. If your application and interview proves you are experienced and capable of caring for children you will be entered into our network.
6. Why do you need to come to my home? It allows for the opportunity to see where you live. If we accept you into our network and entrust the care of children to you, we want to know as much about you as possible. Seeing where you live and how you act in your environment allows us to see the real you.
7. What does a live-in position require you to do? Generally the hours are similar to those in live-out positions. Often families need live-in because one parent travels, the parents are on-call physicians, or the day begins early and parents don't want to risk the provider running late. Usually, weekends and time off is your own. Some benefits may include a car, nice living quarters and travel with the family.
8. What if I take a job and do not want to stay with the family or the family decides the no longer want to use me? Can I get another job through your service? Yes. However, we would eliminate you from our network if we discovered you had lied about information on your application (e.g. where you live, your social security number, your years of experience). You will be required to update your application if you have been out of the network for more than years.
9. I have not heard from any parents about a job, why not? This may be due to two reasons: there are no jobs available or you haven't matched to any jobs we currently have.
